Join us at Poster House in Manhattan THIS MONTH!
Join us at Poster House for an interactive and intimate performance of Spellbound's original pop-up show, "Stand Clear of the Closing Doors, Please!" that will teach little ones more about public transportation! This one-of-a-kind storytelling production follows a lost toy, Catbear, as it travels through the tunnels of New York City on six different subway lines, looking for its owner. Each train has its own story, and Catbear experiences all the sights and sounds of the city before arriving safely home again.

Lullaby Land celebrates the diversity of languages in our city and mirrors the diversity of artists in the Spellbound ensemble, as we seek to develop Spellbound’s commitment to antiracism both internally and with our audiences. This show, for 3-6 year olds and their caregivers, takes the universal experience of falling asleep and creates a magical, musical, and mysterious exploration of different languages and aesthetics from regions across the world. Lullaby Land is a devised theater project, which means that it was created by artists, or devisors, collaboratively through collective improvisation and play without an original script.
