Catbear is going to Toddlertopia on Saturday, January 31

TODDLERTOPIA is coming, and Spellbound is thrilled to bring a free show to Atlantic Terminal! Brooklyn Bridge Parents is hosting a morning full of fun and discovery for toddlers and preschoolers ages 0 to 5 years old in Downtown Brooklyn. On Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 11 AM to 1 PM, little adventurers can dive into hands-on activities, from lively music classes and creative building stations to a bouncy house and plenty of other playful surprises. Families can also explore resources for young families, preschool and daycare options, discover new ways to learn and play while having a blast.
Bring your little ones to watch Stand Clear of the Closing Doors Please! Follow the adventurous Catbear as they journey through the tunnels of New York City on six different subway lines, searching for their owner. This interactive and intimate performance is designed for children ages 2-5, offering a fun and engaging experience.

Free Family Art Days are opportunities to play, imagine, and explore through a variety of art forms. These events are free for the public thanks to the generous donations of Spellbound supporters and institutional grants. This program is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.

Lullaby Land celebrates the diversity of languages in our city and mirrors the diversity of artists in the Spellbound ensemble, as we seek to develop Spellbound’s commitment to antiracism both internally and with our audiences. This show, for 3-6 year olds and their caregivers, takes the universal experience of falling asleep and creates a magical, musical, and mysterious exploration of different languages and aesthetics from regions across the world. Lullaby Land is a devised theater project, which means that it was created by artists, or devisors, collaboratively through collective improvisation and play without an original script.
